1; Aliens. Pulse Rifle. “I wanna introduce you to a personal friend of mine. This is an M41A pulse rifle. Ten millimeter with over-and-under thirty millimeter pump action grenade launcher.”
This is a definitive science fiction weapon, a mixture of real world weaponary put together to create a aesthetically pleasing Xenomorph killer. The pulse rifles were created from a Thompson SMG, with an attached forend of a Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun and a Remington 12 Gauge Model 870P receiver with barrel. The rifle influenced Science Fiction weaponary in films such as the "Morita Rifle" in "starship Troopers"

DC-15S Blaster from Star Wars (Attack Of The Clones,Revenge Of The Sith and all of the
subsequent animated serials)
I could have made this really obvious and pick the E-11 blaster rifle (Stormtrooper standard issue blaster rifle).
The DC-15S blaster was the blaster carbine variant of BlasTech's DC-15A blaster rifle which i also like. It is extremely long and cumbersome, but very imposing, with a better range than the carbine. This weapon was carried by the clone troopers of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars.
This is the direct predecessor for the famous Stormtrooper blaster. It is a less enhanced E-11 if you will, a much more cleaner simple design compared to future Blastech's.

(note the more simplistic design which i love)

The AMR-B5 (assault rifle) ,from the film "District 9"
A AMR-B5 variant which didnt show up in the actual film
AMR-B5 Assault rifle also known as the repeater.
The first gun presented to Wikus van der Merwe (by the MNU scientists) at the underground shooting range at MNU headquarters, the Assault rifle makes short work of the porcine kadaver strung up for target practice.
This weapon is an automatic extraterrestrial weapon that Christopher Johnson used when he was storming the MNU building with Wikus. The weapon works as an automatic rifle.
AMR-B21 Arc Generator
The AMR-B21 ARC gun, also referred to as a Mulcher, is an extraterrestrial weapon, and as such only works in the hands of a non-human or Wikus. The weapon utilizes highly dangerous protonic current which has a high damage radius and damage capability. Upon direct contact with a biological entity, one hit from the weapon causes the entity to superheat and explode in a violent, swift, and often messy manner. Although a direct hit is the most effective, even minor superficial damage from the weapon can yield fatal results such as horrible burns and even dismemberment.
